Our Story
Milex was founded by a director with over 10 years of specialist experience in cleanroom installation, commissioning, testing, HVAC, airflow and validation — supported by the relevant qualifications and site certifications.
That experience was developed over 7 years with Connect2Cleanrooms, where progression from installer to installation manager provided exposure to a wide range of complex projects and high-profile clients including Airbus, BAE Systems, McLaren, Gulf Air, Gillette, Leonardo, Cargolux, NHS, Rolls Royce, Randox, Steris, Aker Solutions and universities across the UK.
This was followed by further project delivery experience with the Guardtech Group, successfully managing installations from start to finish and maintaining the highest standards throughout.
Today, Milex brings together a skilled team with the ability to deliver specialist cleanroom projects with professionalism, care and attention to detail.

Miles Gardner
With over 10 years of specialist experience in cleanroom installation, commissioning, testing, HVAC, airflow and validation, our director brings the technical knowledge and site experience to manage complex projects to the highest standard. That experience was developed over 7 years with Connect2Cleanrooms — progressing from installer to installation manager — followed by further delivery experience with the Guardtech Group.
Aaron
Aaron brings 25 years of experience in steel erection and welding, adding significant strength to the structural side of our projects. His background supports safe, accurate and efficient site delivery on every project.
Brett
Brett has 10 years' experience in joinery and plastering, alongside strong experience in panelling and cladding. He plays a key role in delivering quality finishes across cleanroom installation works.
Will
Will supports the team with experience in panelling and installation works, helping ensure smooth site progress and a professional final result across every project.
